As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work to find the best new growth opportunities for AGG. You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects interested in our company and will used your skills to effectively prioritize inbound leads, head up outbound campaigns, and establish business cases for new areas for growth. You will have a geographic specific territory that you’ll be expected to own and grow.




  • Lead generation through target account selling, outbound cold calling, and calling on marketing-generated and inbound leads
  • Meet monthly and quarterly leads and revenue objectives
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of ATS’s service lines and value proposition
  • Maintain a current pipeline in Salesforce
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Ensure the hand-off to the Account Executives is smooth
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude that sets the tone for the team and keeps morale high


  • 2+ years of sales experience in finance, consulting, technology, or government
  • Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work remotely
  • Discipline and organization to maintain high call and email volumes
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Existing relationships in target accounts in the banking, consulting, technology, or government sectors is preferred
